Frequently asked questions
What is Casino Ribera?+
An independent editorial portal reviewing casino and betting operators licensed in the City of Buenos Aires. We are not an operator and do not accept bets.
Are the recommended operators legal?+
Yes. Bet365 and BetWarrior hold licences from the Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (LOTBA). You can verify this at lotba.loteriadelaciudad.gob.ar.
Where can I bet from?+
LOTBA licences cover users located within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Other provinces have their own regulators.
What is the minimum age?+
You must be 18 or older. Operators verify your identity before allowing withdrawals.
Do you charge for using Casino Ribera?+
No. Our content is free. We may receive commissions from operators, as explained in our Disclosure.
How do I spot a legal operator?+
Look for the LOTBA seal, a domain ending in .bet.ar and the licence or disposition number shown in the operator’s footer.
What if I feel I have lost control?+
Use the operator’s self-exclusion tools and contact Gamblers Anonymous or the free LOTBA helpline. Asking for help is a brave step.
Do you guarantee winnings?+
No. No operator or portal can guarantee winnings. Betting should only ever be a form of entertainment.
